A sponsored trip to the secluded fishing resort Crocodile Bay in Costa Rica. Crocodile Bay Lodge

Last year we had a brave group that joined us on our first adventure to the rainforests and beaches of the Osa Peninsula. The week turned out to be a trip of a lifetime even for the most seasoned travelers.

  • Leave Denver Mid June and arrive in San Jose that evening. We will have a 5-star dinner that night and spend the night in a hotel near the airport.
  • Fly into Puerto Jimenez on Sunday morning and begin fishing that day
  • Fish, sightsee and be bums for the next four days
  • Fly out of Puerto Jimenez 6 days later and spend the day in San Jose (a 1/2 day of golf is a great way to pass the time)
  • Fly out of San Jose the following day and arrive in Denver that afternoon

Non-Anglers: $2,500 (approximate all inclusive)
  • Free day of fishing
  • Free sightseeing
Anglers: $3,300 (approximate all inclusive)
  • 4 days of fishing (3 people per boat)
  • 1 day of sightseeing
*Sightseeing includes: surfing, sea kayaking, horseback riding, eco tours, etc...
*Lodging will be 2 people per room
*Tips not included

A $1,000 deposit is due by January 15th

Further information on Crocodile Bay can be found at www.crocodilebay.com but to take advantage of this special you must contact The Bluffs to book your spot.

P.S. This is not a trip for the guys alone

" I was a little nervous about spending an entire vacation on a fishing boat. I went in 2004 as a non-angler and spent my days watching the guys reel in huge sailfish, marlin and roosters. This year I'm definately going to fish and get in on the action but still schedule some days for laying around on the private beach and eco tours. I can't wait for this vacation (I need a break from the dogs!!!)"   Stephanie
